Pilates is a challenging training method that can give your body more balance and flexibility. You work on improving your posture, coordination, breathing, concentration and stamina in a way that is gentle on your joints. The performance of the deep abdominal muscles, the pelvic floor muscles and the small stabilising muscles around the spine are trained.
