Breathing is essential for survival! We breathe continuously. But always correctly?
Breathing influences our immune system, metabolism, blood pressure, heartbeat and nervous system. The feeling of not being able to breathe properly can have many reasons: Stress, risk of burnout, illnesses such as corona and/or years of incorrect breathing that you have acquired through illness or other life circumstances
But you can learn to breathe well! Through specific breathing exercises, the body regenerates, the lung volume is increased, stress and blockages can be reduced and blood pressure can drop. The exercises are quickly effective and promote courage and positive thoughts
