Vivaldi Gloria – Vokalensemble Vocappella Innsbruck 2025

Antonio Vivaldi’s ‘Gloria’ is undoubtedly one of the highlights of choral literature. All the more so when we have the opportunity to perform it with the vocal ensemble Vocappella, featuring such exceptional soloists as Helene Grabitzky, Marcus Niedermeyr and the internationally acclaimed countertenor Valer Sabadus. Joining us is the Baroque orchestra ad astra from Basel, with concertmaster Leila Schayegh – all under the trusted baton of Bernhard Sieberer.
The Gloria is followed by ‘Winter’ from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons and the aria ‘Gelido in ogni vena’ from the opera Farnace. The concert concludes with ‘Laudate Dominum de Caelis sur le Printemps de M. Vivaldi par Michel Corrette’.
