The Grand Tour 2024

The recorder-cello duo Project R&C (Magdalena Spielmann, Szczepan Dembinski) embarks on a musical journey of discovery in the footsteps of an aristocratic cavalier's journey around 1700, stopping off at the most important cultural centres from Venice to Naples. The musical programme ranges from sonatas by baroque superstars such as Arcangelo Corelli and Leonardo Leo to folk music highlights such as Venetian gondola songs and the southern Italian tarantella.
