Meditation und Morgenroutine Zwei Wochen bewusst in den Tag starten 2023

This morning meditation is aimed at all those who have little or no meditation experience and want to familiarise themselves with different types of meditation from various traditions such as breathing, zazen, metta, vipassana, visualisation and movement meditation. At the same time, this course offers you the opportunity to refresh your meditation experience or expand your repertoire and use these two weeks to create a morning routine that you can integrate into your life beyond the course.
