Kunst im Stift Stams 2023

The Cistercian Abbey of Stams was founded 750 years ago in 1273. It therefore possesses an art collection that has grown over seven centuries and is one of the most important in the province of Tyrol. Together with the head of the art collection, Univ.-Prof. Dr. Gert Ammann, we will view, discuss, analyse and classify selected works of art on site. You will therefore actively participate and get to know the everyday, practical work of an art historian.
