KLANGSPUREN – LIVE-ELEKTRONIK: I´M SITTING IN A ROOM 2025

Sound director Florian Bogner invites you to familiarise yourself with the multifaceted world of live electronics. The Austrian sound designer will begin with an introduction to the technical and artistic foundations of this exciting field and explain how sound can be shaped and moulded in real time using modern electronic means. Participants will then immerse themselves in one of the most iconic works of electronic music: Alvin Lucier's "I'm sitting in a room". The piece is worked through step by step, both conceptually and technically. Experience how complex sonic changes can be created with the simplest of means - voice, microphone, loudspeaker and room.
