Happy Painting®: Happy Teams – Firmenschulung Termin nach Vereinbarung 2022

What makes a team a dream team? Apart from professional knowledge, trust, fun, solution-oriented thinking and creativity, among other things, are important factors of a successful team, which every manager wishes for. But the daily work routine is becoming more and more challenging, staff changes alter the team dynamics. Many employees cannot switch off in the evening, feel overwhelmed by the workload and threaten to burn out.

In addition to the positive effects on individual employees, the "Happy Teams" workshops have much more to offer: trust, leading and being led, creativity and intuition are trained in various group exercises. Painting together is not only fun and activates the right hemisphere of the brain, but also contributes to employee health (keyword: "burnout prevention") and strengthens togetherness in the team.

What does a Happy Teams workshop look like?
Different modules can be combined depending on the desired focus. The workshops are designed for a maximum of 10 participants

Three hours of creative team training: happy creative exercises in the group and painting exercises on the themes of trust and "leading and being led"

Three hours of creativity: colourful creative exercises and getting to know the happy and easy Happy Painting method

Three hours of relaxation: meditation and mandala painting with the Happy Painting method

-Happy & Intuitive

Three hours of intuition: We let our intuition run free and create individual power paintings with Happy Painting
