Zweifacher Erfolg für Alpbachtal Tourismus beim T.A.I. Werbe Grand Prix

Updated on 19.05.2025

With two awards, Alpbachtal Tourismus is sending a strong signal for strategically conceived guest communication. Both digital and analogue.

Alpbachtal/Vienna - At the 38th edition of the "T.A.I. Advertising Grand Prix 2025", Alpbachtal Tourismus won bronze with two projects. In a strong field of around 200 entries, both the digital "AI Concierge Alpbachtal" and the barrier-free hiking folder "Die für alle Wege" (The one for all trails) impressed the judges. The jury was impressed by the future-oriented and inclusive guest communication.

Award-winning artificial intelligence in everyday tourism

The "AI Concierge Alpbachtal" scored points in the Digital Marketing category. The AI-supported guest chat answers questions around the clock in 95 languages. And it does so via the website, the "My Alpbachtal" web app and on the information screens on site. The jury praised the practical benefits and the combination of automation and a personalised approach. The tool was developed together with technology partners. A connection to regional services is planned. "Special thanks go to our technology partner goodguys. The Alpbachtal AI Concierge is a joint project and is based on their technical expertise and a great partnership," says Birgit Angermair.

Barrier-free hiking

Alpbachtal Tourismus was not only awarded a digital prize, but also an analogue one. The "Die für alle Wege" folder won in the brochures category. The folder presents hikes that are tailored to families with pushchairs, people with limited mobility and older guests. The clear design and inclusive language won over the jury. The project was developed in collaboration with social organisations and is considered a model for other regions.

Brand management that resonates

Project manager Birgit Angermair accepted the awards at the gala at the Haus des Meeres in Vienna. For her, this is proof that digital innovation and analogue quality can work together successfully. "We are particularly pleased that both submissions from completely different areas were recognised by the expert jury. It shows that both our digital innovative spirit and our commitment to inclusion and quality in the print sector are recognised and appreciated," says Birgit Angermair. Particularly pleasing: the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau ski resort was also honoured twice in the competition: with bronze in the radio spot category and silver in the video spot category. Another joint project that scored with a clear message and creative strength.
