Christian Lohse und Leo Hillinger junior laden zum Genießen ins ERIKA Boutiquehotel

Known as a TV chef and awarded two Michelin stars, Christian Lohse will conjure up two of his international menus at the ERIKA Boutiquehotel on 14 and 15 April. These will be accompanied by fine wines from the Leo Hillinger winery in Burgenland, presented by Leo Hillinger junior himself.

Chic, charismatic and cosy - this is how ERIKA presents itself to guests, holidaymakers and locals who want to enjoy the centre of the Gamsstadt. Since its reopening in 2021, the boutique hotel has been operated by arcona and, with its 54 rooms and suites, is one of the best-known establishments in Kitzbühel. The hotel combines charming art nouveau architecture with modern comfort and delights with a dreamlike wellness landscape including pool, beauty and relaxation offers.

High-quality menus

Christian Lohse is a true virtuoso at the cooker in the ERIKA boutique hotel. Born in North Rhine-Westphalia, he completed his cooking apprenticeship in Dijon and refined his skills in top restaurants in Paris and Tours. The Sultan of Brunei was also taken with the skills of the top chef and hired Christian Lohse as a private chef. Since 2013, he has been increasingly involved as a TV chef and judge in various cooking shows.
