Autumn in Kitzbühel is a festival for the senses. At the beginning of September, KITZ Kulinarik kicks things off when the region's culinary virtuosos invite you to taste the local culinary delights in Kitzbühel's town centre.

Culinary delights belong to Kitzbühel like the Streif belongs to the Hahnenkamm. Culinary delights, traditional delicacies and upscale cuisine are inextricably linked with the Gamsstadt. The variety of culinary delights in the Kitzbühel region is also the basis for the KITZ Kulinarik event format. With its festival character, the focus is on tasting and enjoying. The focus of the participating KITZ Kulinarik partners is therefore on regional products with stories that can be told and experienced at the same time.

Culinary #enjoyment momentsHigh-qualityproducts, committed restaurateurs and regional producers - all these are the ingredients for an enjoyable weekend in the 750-year-old Kitzbühel city centre. On 2 and 3 September 2022, partners from Kitzbühel and the three holiday resorts of Reith, Aurach and Jochberg will be presenting authentic dishes with a regional flavour and using typical, local products to create autumnal delights and extraordinary treats. In addition, Kitzbühel Tourism is very concerned to consciously pay attention to the issue of sustainability. Short distances for ingredients, as they are produced locally, combined with compostable or reusable dishes, no disposable bottles and the best possible avoidance of composite plastic materials.KITZ Kulinarik's menu offers a diverse range of dishes - from mushroom ragout with truffled bread dumplings to braised local lamb and grilled veal boiled beef to Kitzbühel choux pastry doughnuts with game tartare. Traditional dishes such as Kaspressknödel, Topfenblattln and Gerstlsuppe are also on offer at the more than 20 stalls in the Vorder- and Hinterstadt. Let yourself be spoilt with wonderful regional delicacies in the special flair of the Gamsstadt. KITZ Kulinarik will be musically accompanied on Friday and Saturday with live music by Onk Lou, Amelie Tobien and David Era. #weareKitzbühel in implementation

Even in the development of the new image of the future of Kitzbühel, on which around 70 Kitzbühel residents have been working together on a voluntary basis since last year, the topic of cuisine continues to have a significant influence on the Kitzbühel brand. After the jointly developed PURA VIDA concept, KITZ Kulinarik is another successful example of good cooperation and appreciative collaboration with the region's service providers. The Culinary Delights working group is currently working intensively on the creation of a typical Kitzbühel signature dish. The next Quick Win will be the second edition of KITZ Kulinarik xPiemont. In this innovative cooperation, regional specialities will meet products from the Piedmont region and create new taste experiences in the Kitzbühel Stadtpark from 13 to 16 October 2022.
