Thetwo cross-border destinations on the Reschen Pass are starting the summer of 2022with a series of events
In line with the development of the tourist offer, it is of enormous importance to market the products created with excellent events. Therefore, the cross-border tourism association EWIV - Nauders - Reschenpass has also set itself the goal of organising and jointly marketing target group-specific events throughout the summer.
The mix of sporting events, from running to trail running and from road cycling to mountain biking, fits perfectly in our region and enriches the destination in every respect, also in terms of branding.
A preview of the major events in 2022:

This year's bike season starts with the Green Days Bike Opening Testival from 26.05.-29.05.2022.
It continues with the Ortler Bike Marathon, which will take place this year for the first time on 04.06.2022 with start and finish at Lake Reschen and also in the Nauders municipal area.
In a further step, around 100 women will visit us from 09.06.-12.06.2022 at the Womens Bikecamp.
After the Bike Transalp starts in Nauders every two years, we have another premiere this year: for the first time, the Tour Transalp will also start here at the Reschenpass on 19 June 2022.
Then the cycling emperors will be crowned at the annual Girodays.
The Race Across the Alps starts on 24.06.2022, the legendary Nightrace also on 24.06.2022 and the classic Dreiländergiro on 26.06.2022.
The Reschenseelauf is at home in the special setting of the Graun Krichturm on Lake Reschen. The largest running event in South Tyrol with around 4,000 participants will take place on 16.07.2022.
The next event is the Junior Enduro Bike Week from 18.07.-22.07.2022, where numerous girls and boys improve their Enduro technique.
On 23 July, the Stelvio Marathon will take place on the Stilfserjoch.
The Father and Son Days will be special on the trails around the Reschenpass, where fathers and their sons will rock the 3-country enduro trails.
In keeping with the 3 Countries Enduro Trails, the 10th anniversary edition of the 3 Countries Endurorace is taking place this year. Within a few hours, the 500 starting places were all taken.
The final event is the run from the source of the Etsch River in Reschen to the mouth of the river in the Adriatic Sea. The Resia Rosolina Relay will take place from 02.09-03.09.2022.
Another highlight for bikers is the Stelvio Bike Day on 03.09.2022
The managing director of the holiday region Reschenpass as well as EWIV Nauders - Reschenpass, Gerald Burger, sees the tourism cooperation in a very positive light: "Two tourism associations from two different countries are closely connected in one company and jointly take care of the tourism development on the plateau of the Reschenpass. This strengthens local tourism, offers great visibility and is optimal marketing for both destinations."
