Under the title "Club Tirol goes Alpbach", top representatives from top Tyrolean companies met with young people from Club Tirol.

Alpbach - Premiere in the "village of thinkers": Club Tirol in Vienna (the business club with around 600 Tyroleans living in the federal capital of Vienna) met for the first time together with the Tiroler Adler Runde and other cooperation partners in Alpbach. Discussions centred on topics relating to the working world of the future and the Tyrol as a business location. Questions included: How can the Tyrol as a business location be made more attractive to young talent and lure them back to the Tyrol from Vienna? How can working from home and more flexible working hours make living and working in the Tyrol more feasible? What is "missing" in Tyrol to make a career here?

In addition to the Tyrolean Eagle Round Table led by President Klaus Mark, hidden champions of the Tyrolean economy such as MED-El CEO Ingeborg Hochmair-Desoyer, Manfred Pletzer and Herbert Empl were also present. Hermann Erlach, General Manager of Microsoft Austria, was on hand to answer participants' questions on all aspects of digitalisation, and the topic of "Metaverse" was also given plenty of space. Although still more of a mental construct at present, billions are being invested in digital assets. It is clear that business models and job profiles will crystallise and a new meeting place for the world of work will emerge. There will be new opportunities for virtual collaboration regardless of location, which will increase productivity, creativity and work efficiency in the labour market of the future.

"If we want to remain successful in Tyrol, we need to keep our talent here," says Adler-Runde President Klaus Mark. According to Club Tirol President Julian Hadschieff, both the Tyrolean entrepreneurs and the young talents learnt a lot from each other in 24 hours. there will be a new edition in 2023.
