Tour starts on 17 and 18 December 2022 in the ski region Hochzillertal - Kaltenbach

The popular snowboard amateur series Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY hosted by Blue Tomato & Ride Snowboards celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. With a unique combination of snowboard freestyle coaching and internationally recognised snowboard slopestyle competitions, the VÄLLEY RÄLLEY has set a milestone throughout Europe in the last decade. On a total of four weekends, the event series will also be held in the best Zillertal snowparks in winter 2022/2023. The first tour stop starts on 17 and 18 December in the Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach ski region. Online registration is already openat https://valleyralley.at/. Places are limited, so get on it!

Ten years of Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY under the auspices of the Aestheticians' Snowboard Club. What started as a small, local snowboard tour is now one of the leading junior snowboard competitions in Europe. The Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY combines relaxed freestyle coaching with the Ästhetiker snowboard pros and first-class snowboard competitions linked to the international point system "World Snowboard Point List" and "World Rookie Ranking". Furthermore, all tour stops count as Austria Cups of the Austrian Snowboard Association. Further information on this can be found at http://www.powdern.com.

At each of the four tour stops, the participants also collect valuable points in the Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY overall tour ranking. And while the best participants of each individual event are honoured and celebrated with medals, prizes and prize money at the award ceremony, the crowning of the overall tour winners as the new "Kings and Queens of the Zillertal VÄLLEY" in all 8 age groups and categories takes place at the last tour stop on the Hintertux Glacier. Especially the Zillertal Tourismus GmbH, which unites all Zillertal mountain railways and the four tourism associations under one roof, has contributed significantly to the financing and implementation of the VÄLLEY RÄLLEY as title sponsor from day one.

Last but not least, suppliers Horsefeathers and Dana Beanies will ensure many happy faces with great prizes and other benefits at all tour stops. Only with the joint support of all partners, as well as the support of the international snowboard federations of the World Snowboard Federation and Austrian Snowboard Association, could the Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY survive the past years. The event series offers young athletes a springboard into professional sport. And many a young participant in the first years has already earned his or her first medal at the Olympics or the Youth Olympic Games.

All the more reason to look forward to the first anniversary event in Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach on 17 and 18 December 2022. The Hochzillertal ski region has already started continuous skiing operations and the Betterpark Hochzillertal will open its doors for the winter season at the 1st Zillertal VÄLLEY RÄLLEY Tour Stop. Martha Schultz from the Bergbahnen Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach is happy to be able to offer young snowboarders a highlight once again: "We are already very excited about our young snowboard talents. For the VÄLLEY RÄLLEY the snowpark will shine in its full glory, freshly shaped. Now it's just a matter of registering and we Hochzillertaler are already looking forward to the event."
