This class will help ease the mind and body of tension and stress. Using a gentle yoga practice that helps reduce built up tension in the body combined with yoga nidra that helps quiet the mind.
Yoga nidra is explained as the yogi's sleep. During this class you will learn how to calm your mind and body in the restful state of yoga Nidra. Yoga nidra is shown to help with anxiety and help with a more restful night of sleep.
