This seminar focuses on those characteristics that show us the different aromas of red wine. We distinguish between fruity and, for example, more tart, earthy red wines. Wines with many to few tannins (also often referred to as bitter substances) as well as different types of acidity and the intensity and ageing of the noble drops.
You will learn which specific aromas the most important countries, cultivation regions and designations of origin bring with them as well as how to assign contrasting red wine types to the appropriate descriptions, how to recognise them and how to find them on your own in the future.
