Vortrag „Mathieu Wellner: Gerstel 100“ 2025

Leopold Gerstel (1925 - 2010) was an architect of "second prizes" and concepts. He only won a few competitions and only built occasionally. However, his radical ideas on architecture, city and landscape had a considerable influence on many architects in Israel and Austria. On the occasion of his 100th birthday, Mathieu Wellner will give a lecture and is currently preparing an exhibition on Leopold Gerstel's teaching and work.
