„Vom Lazarett zum Wissensspeicher. 100 Jahre Bibliothek am Innrain.“ 2024

The University and Provincial Library of Tyrol is celebrating a milestone anniversary on the occasion of the move into the main library in 1924: exactly 100 years ago, on 23 October 1924, what is now the Historical Reading Room was opened.
The event deals with the history of the building and shows the events surrounding the construction project between 1911 and 1914 as well as its use as a military hospital during the First World War through to its renovation and opening in the 1920s.
