How do I get my parcel?

1. Click on the "cinema show/time" with your desired product.

2. Buy a "ticket" for this performance. 1 seat = 1 box. You can also order several boxes = number of seats. ATTENTION: StarCard payment is NOT possible for products from 22.90! Payment by credit card or online banking (SOFORT Überweisung, EPS). You can also add different products to your shopping basket on the website. Unfortunately, different products are not possible in the app!

3. After the payment process, you will receive an e-ticket by e-mail.

4. Reply to the e-ticket and write the shipping address (first name, surname, street, postcode, city).

What is particularly important to us

The campaign in March last year was born out of the idea that we didn't want to throw away any food due to the sudden lockdown. We donated many of our cinema snacks to organisations such as the Red Cross, the police and the fire brigade, and last but not least, we also saved a lot of food parcels via the "too good to go" app.

In the meantime, we are helping our supplier - a family business like us - to clear out its warehouse. With your help, we have already been able to save a lot of food. Thank you for that!
