Course leader

In this course we will learn the basics of babywearing. We talk about the requirements for safe, healthy and developmentally appropriate babywearing from the beginning, dispel myths, look at the facts and explain the benefits of babywearing. The positive influence of babywearing on bonding and its importance for a relationship- and needs-oriented family life is conveyed.

We will learn about the variety of different carrying systems and their possible applications and I will guide you through the market jungle. You are welcome to bring your own slings and carriers. The course is suitable for pregnant women and their partners or for new parents with babies up to 3 months of age.
