Course leader

In this course we will learn the basics of babywearing. We will talk about the requirements for safe, healthy and developmentally appropriate babywearing right from the start, dispel myths, look at the facts and explain the benefits of babywearing. The positive influence of babywearing on bonding and its importance for a relationship- and needs-orientated family life will be conveyed.

We will learn about the variety of different babywearing systems and their possible applications and I will guide you through the market jungle. You are also welcome to bring your own slings and baby carriers. The course is suitable for pregnant women and their partners or for new parents with babies up to 3 months old.
