tick, tick… BOOM! 2022

The young theatre composer Jon (Andrew Garfield) is still waiting for his breakthrough and is keeping his head above water with a temporary job in a diner. On the side, he is writing a play that he believes has what it takes to be the next big American musical. In his private life, however, he is subjected to more and more pressures crashing down on him. While his friends have long since given up on the creative dream, he holds on to his vision. But has he really chosen the right career path? As the clock ticks, Jon finds himself at a crossroads, facing the question everyone must reckon with: What should we do with the time we have?
