Theatergottesdienst: Starke Frauen der Reformation 2022

The legendary interrogation of Martin Luther in Worms in 1521, in which the great reformer unapologetically confessed his new mindset, inspired and moved many people then and now:
The actress Friederike Krosigk and the musicians Annegret Bauerle and Sybille Both, together with Pastor Werner Geißelbrecht, will let two courageous women - deeply influenced by this - have their say on Sunday, 16 October, in the Christ Church in Innsbruck:
Katharina von Bora, later Martin Luther's wife, was encouraged by his words to flee from the convent
"Here I stand and can do no other" could also be a sentence by Sophie Scholl, the courageous resistance fighter in the Third Reich. Thus, the artists span the commemoration of her courageous resistance against the Nazi regime as an arc from Luther to our time.
Short, moving scenes from the lives of the two women, including original quotations, shape this theatre service with lots of music.

The three artists live in and near Vienna and are now in Innsbruck for the first time with their popular theatre services:
