London's "Les Mis" star soloists on tour in Europe. Choir and orchestra of the Cinema Festival Symphonics
Concert musicals are always something very special, if only because the people on stage take centre stage and neither scenery nor other effects distract from them. The Music of Les Misérables" achieves this brilliantly, not least because of the exceptionally well-chosen cast.
The show comes to life most vividly when these powerful-voiced soloists enter the stage together with the chorus. The chorus and orchestra, conducted by Stephen Ellery, make these great vocal performances shine with wonderful sounds.
Original film scenes from the 2012 global hit will be shown on the big screen at this concert.
