A global organisation is on the verge of acquiring a weapon that would plunge the world into great chaos. To stop them, CIA agent Mason Browne (Jessica Chastain) must team up with her greatest rivals: British tech specialist Khadijah (Lupita Nyong'o), Colombian psychologist Graciela (Penélope Cruz), Chinese computer expert Lin mi Sheng (Bingbing Fan) and daredevil Marie (Diane Kruger) from Germany. Their high-risk mission takes the five women around the world - from the cafés of Paris to the Moroccan souks and glamorous Shanghai. But only if they manage to overcome their rivalries and unite their special skills can they defeat their powerful opponent. Together they form a new agent unit: code name "355".
