Breastfeeding is a learned social skill. In order to learn everything you need to know about breastfeeding and to embark on this journey properly prepared, I offer you and your partner this practical breastfeeding preparation workshop.
In this class we will talk about the importance of breastfeeding, the anatomy of the breast and milk production, baby's hunger signs as well as breastfeeding nutrition and myths surrounding breastfeeding. We practise breastfeeding positions with dolls and learn important techniques such as breast massage, hand extraction of colostrum and breast milk and much more.
Cost: 35 € per person 45 € per couple
