Course leader

Breastfeeding is a learnt social skill. To learn everything you need to know about breastfeeding and be properly prepared to embark on this journey, I offer you and your partner this practice-orientated breastfeeding preparation workshop.

In this course we will talk about the importance of breastfeeding, the anatomy of the breast and milk production, baby's hunger signs, breastfeeding nutrition and myths surrounding breastfeeding. We practise breastfeeding positions with dolls and learn important techniques such as breast massage, hand expression of colostrum and breast milk and much more.
