Course leader

Experience a conscious and fulfilling pregnancy. For pregnant women from the 13th week of pregnancy (preferably earlier if you have yoga experience).

Especially in this unique and special time of pregnancy, it is important to stay in touch with yourself. Do something good for yourself and your baby and treat yourself to little breaks from everyday life. Yoga can help you to trust your intuition and your feminine elemental force and prepare you both physically and mentally for the birth and being a mum.

You can expect gentle strengthening and stretching of your body, breathing techniques, meditations and mudras for your pregnancy journey. After the course, there will be space and time to socialise with other pregnant women.
