Self-protection starts in the mind: we build new habits of thinking about your own strengths by training techniques that are astonishing in their simplicity and effectiveness. Punching and thrusting techniques, freeing yourself from grabs and holds, preventing choke attacks, dealing with verbal violence. Each participant's concerns are discussed and acted out. Afterwards, you will move more confidently and radiate your increased self-assurance.
