In the first part of the lecture and discussion evening, Russia expert Prof. Gerhard Mangott will discuss the motives for war, war aims, global reactions and the prospect of negotiations. (See his latest book: "Russia, Ukraine and the Future")
How do we personally feel about this conflict? And what can we do? Professor Gerhard Mangott and Pastor Werner Geißelbrecht will discuss this in the second part of the evening. Finally, you will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions and enter into dialogue with each other in the plenary session.
A prayer for peace at 10 pm will conclude the evening.
