In Rolf movement education, finding one's own plumb line plays a central role. A refined sense supports relaxed, effective breathing, comfortable sitting, comfortable standing, dynamic balanced walking and well-coordinated, natural, expressive movement. Gentle stretching and strengthening exercises from fascial training vitalise the tissues and bring back into flow stiff legs and tense shoulders
