QUiLTS in WiLTEN – Ausstellung Farbenrausch + QUIO Day 2025

Quilt exhibition:
Under the motto QUiLTS iN WiLTEN - FARBENRAUSCH - we are once again showing a beautiful collection of quilts this year. The challenge this time was to make a quilt on the theme of colour frenzy. The quilts only had to fulfil a certain size requirement, otherwise each artist could give free rein to her creativity. You can look forward to a real riot of colour!
QUIP Day = Quilting in Public:
This year's QUIP Day will take place throughout Austria on 14 June 2025 and we would therefore like to take the opportunity to hold a QUIP Day in Innsbruck at the same time as our exhibition.
Under the motto - Quilting in the Park - we will meet from 10:30 - 16:00 in the park opposite the Wilten District Centre (in case of bad weather we will stay in the exhibition rooms) and give an insight into our work. Hand sewing, hand quilting, Korak, Kawandi, Pojagi, Sashiko and more are on the programme. At Show and Tell, interested visitors will also be told the story behind our quilts. In this way, QUIP Day offers us an opportunity to publicise our shared passion a little more.
