PREMIERENTAGE – Festival für Zeitgenössische Kunst 2023

The PREMIERE DAYS - FESTIVAL FOR CONTEMPORARY ART has been constantly offering new approaches to art since 1998 and once again this year invites you to take part in diverse and discursive formats. The programme offered by the participating institutions from the field of contemporary art and culture in Innsbruck and the surrounding area is as varied as the artists' approaches. At vernissages, talks, expert tours, discussions and performances, you have the opportunity to get to know a wide variety of artistic positions, get in touch with experts or simply enjoy contemporary art and get to know many Innsbruck institutions - all with free admission!
This year, the PREMIERENTAGE headquarters will be located on Sparkassenplatz in Innsbruck, where, in addition to information and programme booklets, you can expect an artistic intervention by the artist Amanda Burzić, born in Salzburg in 1994.Burzić's works are located in the contrast between humour, misunderstanding, romanticism and familiarity.
