"Peterle helps" children's safety festival

Peterle, who watches over Innsbruck's children from the city tower, invites all Innsbruck kindergarten and primary school children to the big children's safety festival this September.
As part of a quiz rally, the children will learn lots of educational and entertaining facts about safety. In the city tower itself, they can follow in Peterle's footsteps and discover the secret grotto, among other things. In Herzog-Friedrich-Straße, Peterle's friends from the police, professional fire brigade, Red Cross, MÜG and mountain rescue service will give important safety tips in a child-friendly way. In the inner courtyard, colouring and play stations offer creative variety and a healthy snack is available for refreshment.
Peterle has a prize in store for all children who complete the quiz rally and find out Peterle's secret solution.
"With the support of businesses, tradespeople and institutions, a network of child and family friendliness has been established in our city, which gives Innsbruck's children and their parents a feeling of safety and security in our city," City Councillor Christine Oppitz-Plörer is convinced of the initiative. "With the 'Peterle hilft' festival, we can address the children directly together with experts once a year and pass on valuable safety information through fun and games."
