Palmprozession von Thaur nach Rum 2025

Traditional palm procession from Thaur to Rum.

In this procession, a life-size, carved figure of Jesus, sitting on a wooden donkey, is pulled along from the parish church in Thaur along the steep path to the Romedi church and back down the fields to the church in Rum. The Rumer church choir sings the now famous "Rumer Palmlied" for the festive reception in the church.
