The Holy Sepulchre in the parish church in Patsch dates from around 1767 and was painted by Johann Joachim Pfaundler (1723 ? - 1811). Pfaundler was a priest and painter. He worked as a curator in Schöner from 1763 until his death. He created the Holy Sepulchres in Schöner, Telfes, Fulpmes and Patsch. Today, only those in Schönberg, Telfes and Patsch, which are among the most beautiful in the country, have been preserved by him. It is one of the few holy tombs with almost completely preserved depictions of its kind from this period, namely in the form of three backdrops that extend over the entire height and width of the presbytery (approx. 8.5 x 6.5 metres). The 3 backdrop panels are fully preserved in their original state (softwood frame and plug-in system with nailed and glued standard canvas and glued guache painting).
