Rhubarb.Including wine accompaniment by Tyrolean graduate sommelier Nikolai Prachensky Tyrolean Christoph Bickel has been cooking his way through half of Europe for over 20 years. At the chef's table of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol (together with his mentor Christoph Zangerl), at the restaurant Steirereck Vienna, at the 2-times best Villa Merton in Frankfurt and briefly at Curtis Duffy's 3-times best Grace in Chicago. With his restaurant Oniriq in Innsbruck, which opened in September 2017, he fulfilled his dream (onirique [French] = dream) of having his own restaurant, which has been shining in new splendour since June 2021
