We have just found the right mindset for us in the downward-looking dog, when a world situation comes along that cries out for yesterday again:
for lowered burners, for ice-cold impostors, for thick trousers and thin brains and old truths in new media.

Who is supposed to protect us from this?
Is it ourselves? How is that supposed to work?
Before we cry out for new protectors, we should look for something else:
A hormone.
