Meditationstag Probieren Sie unterschiedliche Meditationen aus 2023

This meditation day offers the opportunity to reflect on oneself, to come to peace and to dedicate a day to the topic of meditation. In addition to a short lecture, we will practise different sitting meditations (e.g. breathing, sound, mindfulness and fat meditation) and deepen into walking meditation. Regular meditation promotes inner peace and strength to react more calmly to stress and strain.
