Maleficarum X 2022

The witch is a spiritual and political identity and an indestructible archetype of female power and persecution. From the first multimedia propaganda and witch hunts around the "Malleus maleficarum" or "Hexenhamme "r written in Innsbruck in 1486 to the liberation of women through Witch Feminism: the witch reacts to the desires and fears of her time and changes accordingly. A collective of Tyrolean artists took on the "witch" and in an interdisciplinary performance installation strikes a blow of liberation: maleficarum X.
