Overtourism, littered beaches, frequent flyers - modern mass tourism brings massive ecological and social problems with it. Copywriter, journalist and author Maria Kapeller (Lovely Planet, Kremayr & Scheriau, 2022) advocates questioning one's own inner attitude. Non-fiction author (including FAIRreisen, oekom, 2017) and speaker Frank Herrmann knows socially responsible and climate-friendly alternatives. A conversation about the urgent need to also "have your heart in your luggage". The conversation will be moderated by geographer Ute Ammering.
