Konzert: Matthäuspassion 2023

Cultural project of the T elfs choir workshop
Chorwerkstatt Telfs is known for its diverse projects and choir concerts. During Holy Week, under the direction of Andrea Wegscheider-Draxl, it will be giving a special concert:
On Tuesday, 4 April 2023 at 20:00, the choir workshop will perform Georg Philipp Telemann's St Matthew Passion together with the vocal ensemble "Juventus Cantat" and the ensemble "Rosarum Flores", which specialises in baroque music, in the Heiliggeistkirche in Telfs. Texts will be read in between to illustrate the content of the Passion.
This cultural project will involve the audience in the musical events, making them part of the concert and allowing them to experience the meaning and depth of this passion.
