A holiday from everyday life, without pressure and stress - that's children's yoga.

The children's yoga classes lovingly pick up the children at their energy level. They experience yoga adventures with playful movement exercises and games, relaxation exercises, fantasy journeys and mindfulness exercises. After an hour full of alternating tension and relaxation, they find themselves at the end of each journey and come to rest on their yoga mat.

The children experience a space without time and pressure and a balance between their own important dragon power and their own equally important sloth calm. They listen to their bodies, romp and try them out and learn to recognise boundaries. Your own and those of others.
