A holiday from everyday life, without pressure to perform and stress - that is children's yoga.

The children's yoga classes pick up the children at their energy level in a loving way. They experience yoga adventures with playful movement exercises and games, relaxation exercises, fantasy journeys and mindfulness exercises. After an hour full of alternating tension and relaxation, at the end of each journey they find themselves and rest on their yoga mat.

The children experience a space without time and pressure and a balance between their own important dragon power and their own equally important slothful calm. You listen into your body, romp and try it out and learn to recognise boundaries. Your own and those of others.
