Improvisation theatre ..... is echoing through Tyrol's valleys these days and a consistently positive response is coming back!

A new club was born in Innsbruck: IMPROPOOL

In a very short time, a troupe of impro-enthusiastic players was put together. Impropool's reservists come from different age groups and from different areas and can be seen in different combinations from performance to performance, united by their love of (improvisational) theatre.

Bookable performances are not the only thing on the programme here, no Impropool is versatile. The offer ranges from workshops, training and further education to networking opportunities for all lovers of this theatre form.

Improvisational theatre is a form of theatre in which scenes are created extemporaneously, without previously rehearsed dialogue or a rehearsed production. The audience is invited to intervene in the action again and again and to help shape the story through impulses. The performers will be guided solely by their intuition - and will spontaneously get involved in situations without knowing where the journey is going or where it will end.
