IKB-Abfall und Abwasserfest 2024

The sewage treatment plant in Roßau and the recycling centre in Ahrental open their doors on 6 September. See how wastewater is treated and what happens to the waste after it has been sorted and disposed of by the people of Innsbruck. If you want, you can visit the sewer or take a test drive in the waste lorries. The new, all-electric lorry will of course be there. The lorry will not be used for driving, but the "toilet racers" will be: guests will compete in exciting races on rolling toilet bowls. There's a year's free electricity and other great prizes to be won! The whole programme is free of charge and no registration is required in advance. Just come along and join the party!
