After ten years of service, Franz Eberhofer (Sebastian Bezzel) is finally due the long-deserved recognition of his services in the fight against crime: The roundabout in Niederkaltenkirchen is to be renamed the "Franz Eberhofer Roundabout". But then the celebrations are interrupted because the Lotto-Otto (Johannes Berzl) thinks he is being pursued by shady characters and the Lotto shop, including its owner, is blown up.
