In 2022, the opera "Götterdämmerung" from Richard Wagner's cycle "The Ring of the Nibelung" in the new production by Valentin Schwarz and under the musical direction of Pietari Inkinen will be broadcast live in the cinema on 05 August 2022 from 18:00. This year, too, the broadcast will be somewhat delayed from the actual opera in order to give more cinema-goers the opportunity to watch the broadcast and to shorten the intermissions as well as the intermission programme somewhat.
