Energetic Inside Flow 2024
Inside Flow is a modern way of practising yoga and combines movements from yoga with music. You will learn a choreography of asanas to the rhythm.
The prerequisite is that you know and can perform all the standard vinyasa asanas, such as warrior, cobra or dog. This workshop focusses on more complex movements and more activity and strengthening.
