Empowerment Dance Class 2024

In this course, we dance to the music of strong women* and learn to better control and direct our own body language: sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes sexy, sometimes tough, always self-confident. We learn dance elements from jazz, hip-hop, afro, dancehall and commercial, always focussing on our physical presence - and of course the fun of trying out new things together and seeing our progress. Don't ask, do it!
